Grilled BBQ Grilled Sausage with Peppers and Onions! - Recipe from Chef Dani:

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces of grilled sausage
  • 1 red pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 yellow pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation method:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix the pepper strips, onion slices, olive oil, barbecue sauce, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Grill the grilled sausages for 10-12 minutes, turning them regularly, until they are nicely browned and done.
  4. Place the grilled grilled sausages on a plate and cover with aluminum foil to keep warm.
  5. Place the pepper and onion on the grill and grill for about 5-7 minutes, or until soft and lightly charred.
  6. Serve the grilled BBQ grilled sausage on a plate and place the grilled pepper and onion on top.
  7. Garnish with extra barbecue sauce if desired and serve with a side dish of your choice, such as potato salad, baguette or grilled vegetables.
