Healthy snack board!


Appetizer platter with Halal Grilled Sausage and Olives - Recipe from Chef Dani:

Ingredients:

  • 2 halal grill sausages, sliced
  • Handful of green and black olives
  • 100g feta, cubed
  • 100g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 100g grilled pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 handful of arugula
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation method:

  1. Prepare a wooden or marble cutting board.

  2. Place the grilled sausage slices on the plank and divide the olives, feta, cherry tomatoes, grilled peppers and arugula around them.

  3. Pour the olive oil over the serving board and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
